One person company

India one person company is yet to be formed. Whereas UK, Australia and Pakistan, single person can form the company.They can form with or without capital i.e either by capital or gurantee.
There is a provision in pakistan, they can nominate two persons as their nominees.
In Singapore, one person company may be formed either by individual or corporate. This means corporate can form single person company
To bring mainstream unorganised sector, one person company is very important and they also contribute to the growth of the nation by way of following good corporate governance as well as pay taxes
